The brief

The Good Food & Wine Shows are among Australia's most prestigious consumer events, held in major exhibition centres across the Eastern seaboard. The organisers needed a trusted, experienced delivery partner to manage the full operational complexity of the show from features and talent management through to exhibitor support and partner liaison with the level of polish the brand demands.

Managing a large public-facing event with food, alcohol service, and high foot traffic demands rigorous safety frameworks. We developed comprehensive risk management plans covering responsible service of food and alcohol, crowd flow, medical incident response, and contingency procedures for day-of disruptions.

Every staff member was recruited, briefed, and rostered with a clear chain of responsibility. Our prevention-first approach meant issues were identified and resolved before they could affect the guest experience.
